My fire mouth has staked a territory and anytime my koi angelfish tries to cross it the fire mouth chases him away, then retires to the territory. He doesn't attack the angel though.
Will he get more aggressive or will it just continue to be this?

I have a Firemouth in with 3 other fish that are his size or bigger and he still tries to bully them. I actually saw me Pleco tail smack him as it swam away once, that was hilarious. Now a lot does depend on the fish but I think that if I had my Firemouth in with anything he saw as smaller than himself he would definitely be agresive towards it. He tries to be with fish that are bigger than he is.

Ok thanks. Now they're just sort of ignoring each other. The two angels are in one corner and the fire mouths are just sort of swimming around. Hope that continues. One of my angels was dead this morning but I think that was sickness because he was brand new. The other two are fine.
