2 rams and some white skirts and cories would be fine, maybe a dwarf gourami as well. Bronze, adolfoi and sterbaI like higher temps like rams need.

GBR and angels can be kept together, but not peacocks. They need a WAY different water

Some species of Apistogramma is meant to be able to be kept with a pair of rams but in a larger tank, i.e 125litres upwards. To keep them in anything smaller will result in disaster (injured or dead fish). I've been looking into it for my future tank.
Angels? Don't know as not intending on keeping Angels.
I had this happen to me recently. I found what was being sold as "Dwarf peacock cichlid" at a lfs a few weeks ago. Immediately I thought "These look like appistogramma" which I've been looking into research wise for a few weeks. I purchased them, then went back on line for a proper id, as I suspected they were not Peacocks at all, but Cockatoos, Peacocks are not a species of Apistogramma, the description of them matches Orange Flash Cockatoo.
I think most normal cichlids are too aggressive to share a tank with both Rams and Angel fish? Even Rams and Apistos need a fair sized tank to coexist don't they? Mine are not in the same tank, but will eventually share a large one I have planned. I just wanted to get used to caring for them first before putting them both in the same tank.
