Finding the place to edit avatars

Being new here, I noticed there's a topic on how to edit your profile. However, even after still reading the post, I still seem to struggle finding where to edit my avatar even when I'm at the "About Me" page. Am I doing something wrong?

If you are on a computer look at the top right of the page.
Click on My settings.
You'll see a menu on the left.
Scroll down to Edit Avatar.
