Just got a 90 gallon tank and I am saving for equipment right now the 90 gallon will have fancy gold fish in it I was thinking 5-8 fancies I was wondering if 2 sunsun 304b filters will be sufficient because goldfish are dirty the sunsun filters are rater for about 500gph I will be doing weekly water changes once it's established

That should be sufficient filtration. The problem with Goldfish is, that they produce more ammonia so you need a good media for the bacteria to handle the ammonia load.

I got also a 90 gallon with 2 canisters running, both 320 gph

Those two filters should be plenty. Depending on your space avaialable, you might look into the Oddysea CFS11i. 1100gph from a single filter for far less than the 2 sunsuns. But it's taller than a standard stand.

I cannot weigh in on your stocking plans, I don't goldfish. 8 sounds like a lot in a 90 though.

I wouldn't do 8 fancy goldfish, that's an awful lot.
I'd do 3-4.

I'd say 4, maybe 5 if you do large water changes a week (minimum 50%). You have to remember that even fancies can get to be 8 inches from tail to mouth and they get very round, at least golf ball size.

Make sure you fishless cycle so your bio-media can handle their bio-loads
