Please suggests me a filter for my 1.5x1 foot tank depth -1.5 feet. I am going to scape the tank so please suggest a filter according_to that

I am having a new tank of 16.83 US gallons of dimenssions as follows
leangth = 18 inches
breath = 12 inches
height = 18 inches
I am going to aquascape the tank and want to know the best suited filter for the tank as I am planning to keep guppies, neon tetras, sword tails, zebra dianos and mollies in the tank.

Couldn't you have just said 17 gallons...:'D...depends on your stocking/preference. For that size tank, I'd personally use an aquaclear 50. You could definitely go smaller I just always like to overkill on filtration. If you want a canister the fluval 107 is great. Really just depends what you plan to stock and what you need in terms of gph and media capacity.

in a 16 gal tank u can't go for that amount of fish,I would say 10 neon tetras only or 6 7 guppies ONLY,and best for filter for a planted tank in that size is a HOB
