Help Filter Inlet Won't Work

Can anyone tell me why my inlet won’t work but my outlet is working!!!!!

Why do you think your inlet isn't working? Is water coming out of your outlet?

Water is working great blowing bubbles and everything out of the outlet ... nothing will work in the inlet nothings going into the line or anything so confused

The water that is coming out has to be coming from somewhere. Is the intake clogged with something? You ARE talking about an aquarium filter right?
Can you post a couple pictures from different angles?

Will try get some pics soon, it’s one of them bio 1800s fills the pump up with water then u turn the filter on.. but the inlet hole is not taking any water in and it’s obviously just bubbling what’s in the pump

So the pump itself is empty? You probably need to "prime" it. That means you need to add water to it to get it started pumping. Do that now. Dip water out of the tank with a cup and pour it in the pump where your media is.
