Filter For Quarantine

My honey gourami started behaving weirdly a week ago and my guppies have fat tummies that never slI'm down even though they were only fed peas twice within the past week and no other food.

So, as I worry about parasites, I had to set up a quarantine 'tank'. No money or space for a real tank, so this is the best I can do.

It's a 5 litre IKEA plastic box. I have an air stone in it and out some Elodea Densa stalks as a floating plant for now.

My question is, is there any filter that is small enough and not too powerful to be used in such a small 'tank'?

For now, I'll be doing wc every day, of course, or thinking change a litre every morning and evening. But would be great to have a small filter for these occasions.

Any recommendation?

Edit: I'm in the UK so ideally something I can get on Amazon or normal lfs.

Thank you.

With the water that low, it would have to be an internal filter. I suggest you get a sponge filter for it.

I would add a bit more water for more water volume. Grab a handful of gravel from your aquarium and put it in the plastic box. The gravel should have some BB to help with ammonia and nitrites.

Okay, will try to find one that's small enough. Can I then post a link here for you to have a look if it's a good one, please?

Will do in the morning after water change. I just got a turkey baster so will use it to get out as much fish poo as possible. I'm nervous, but hoping they'll be okay in there.

Sponge filters are all pretty similar, but you can absolutely post a link so we can give our opinion on it.

Ordered all these . In case the double doesn't fit, then I can use the single sponge. And the rest will be spare. They have great reviews so hopefully will be good.
