Noticed this on one of my shrimp- is it a saddle? Or am I just being too hopeful? Recently, they've been zooming all over the tank - breeding behaviour?

I can only tell what shrimp are female when they have a mass of eggs. But females should be bigger than the males

I don't think so, what type of shrimp is it? Looks like a ghost but I can't tell for sure.

People on the forum here think it's an Amano, but I think it's the wild coloration of RCS.

I'm pretty sure the wild coloration of RCS is brown unless it's a male and then it's clear. May be a male.

I have two of them- both brown. One very dark brown and the other mostly transparent. Do you think I have a breeding pair?

I would need a pic of each to determine that.
