Female pearl gourami Friendly or bossy?

Hey everyone!
I’m reaching out today for some assistance in assessing the behavior of my female pearl gourami. I currently have a Asian biome inspired 36gal planted tank with some cherry barbs and harlequin rasboras. Up until a few days ago I had a single pearl gourami female for about 2 weeks, I just added another female to the tank and it’s taking her a bit to come out of her shell. She spends most her time hiding in the plants or by the heater. My more established female will occasionally come over and nip at her and swim with her but I’m not familiar with gourami behavior (first time owner) and I have no idea if she’s trying to help her explore or bullying her. I attached some video if anyone has an idea!
p.s. I have not seen any visible marks from her nipping and she never goes after any of the smaller fish

Most gouramis are social fish, and will establish a hierarchy. It may seem counter intuitive, but it out persists the best solution may be to add one or two more.

That will spread out aggression so the dominant fish isn't focused on just one other.

If you're sure you have two females it might be best to get a male, but either one would probably be okay.
