Female betta tankmates

I've had my female betta for 5 months and she's been doing great! In the store she was kept in an overstocked tank with a bunch of other bettas (not sisters). For all the time with me, she's lived with a few female guppies (ranged from 3-6 at a time). In the past few weeks she has become more aggressive, and likes to chase one or two specific guppies (she's targetting the duller ones?). I think i'm not going to replace any guppies when they pass, so i'd like to know any good tankmates for female bettas? I can't have any corydora! My tank is 15 gallons and it's currently cycling, so when it's done my female betta and guppies will go in it. They're currently in the old tank

A school of dwarf corydoras will do fine in a 15g, like Habrosus cory, Hastatus cory or Pygmy corys. I dont know how aggressive she'll be to them though, is she chasing them out of a certain area of the tank or chasing at random? I find that chasing out of a certain area (like a corner) is normal and wont end in any casualties, shes just protecting her territory.

I've had a lot of people tell me to not get corydora as i have gravel and their barbs may get cut/hurt. They're a great idea though as they stay at the bottom and she won't really see them. In regards to her chasing, she doesn't chase from a certain place, she just finds that one guppy and goes after her for a few seconds or so.
