Female Betta Clamped fins

She's in a 10 gallon tank alone. Only live plants. Recently I've noticed some white specks on her. I started treating her with some ick medicine. Removed the carbon from my filter.
Now my water is a little cloudy, and she is hiding.
She'll hide behind my heater, with clamped fins, and under some big rocks, with clamped fins.
As soon as I walk up to the tank tho, she's fine. She'll swim up to the surface, looking all happy, and will eat any food I put in the tank.
    What is her issue

The medicine is most likely stressing her. Normally it is recommended to raise the temperature to 86*F for three weeks, and if that doesn't work then medicine. She will most likely be back to her old self once the ich is gone.
