Female Betta Broken Nose!?

So ive been sick this week and hadn't had time to check on each betta other then feeding. I look today and my female betta Iris has a weird nose! It never looked like this when I bought her a year ago today (Today is her 1year birthday!!!). Anyway about 1-2 months ago my divider failed in her divided 10 gallon and got in a fight with the other female. Did she break her nose?! Or is something wrong!?! Please help my poor baby... Also the scales are raised right about her nose. NOT any were else, so not dropsy. Also excuse her diamond eye, poor girl.

Hmm, looks like it’s some sort of growth. Sorry I’m not sure what it could be, but I know nothings broken. Keep an eye on her and see if she’s acting funny
