feeding peas to my loaches

I read someweres that weather loaches loved peas,so I pealed a couple and dropped them in for them.my loaches went crazy over them as if they never ate for days. ;D
then my platies and angelfish started fighting over them,taking this one pea out of each others mouth I dropped some more in the tank.

question is are they good for my fish to eat also?

 

It seems that most fish love veggies .all of my Rainbows,clown loaches,blue rams,pleco go mad for courgette.So I think its good for them to have a varied diet just like us

 

I don't know of any fish veggies will hurt and most adore tehm

I have also heard that peas can help with swim bladder disease. Is this true?

 

Fish who are constipated are more likely to have swim bladder disease symptoms. Peas and other veggies keep them from being constipated.
