I was wondering the different ways folks prepare the fresh foods and then get them to stay om the bottom. These Mbundu diggers like to fig out my large diameter carrot anchors. I have been using a chop stick with a large diameter carrot round buried but they love to dig. With the chop stick I can skewer just about any vegetables. Does any one smash the periphery of their carrots.

I love to watch them eat. Anyone else.

sorry for stupid post just wanted conversation.Excuse my junk pile too money poor to invest in proper landscaping. Does anyone like my fish tackle tray I painted and drilled out for more structure. DIY

I use plant weights to hold mine down. I have seen forks too, pretty easy peasy. If you blanch them they should stay down. If not use something heavy... :p

I boil my veggies so they sink.

Those are such good ideas. I’m new to this so hadn’t thought about cooking first.
