I try for once or twice a week, doesn't always happen, though. I try for more if i am trying to condition fish to breed.

I'm mainly feeding 3 times a week because my ripe fish and half baked spiny eel only eat frozen foods

2-3 times a week is fine in my book. Especially when it is 3 different kinds.

2-3 times a week in my Angel / Black Skirt Tetra / Cory tank.

Twice a day in my Blackbanded Sunfish species only tank, as that (or live food) is all they will eat.

About 3 times per week, rotating mysis shrimp, bloodworm & mosquito larvae. They get homemade frozen food daily.

I've never heard of Tilapia frozen food, is that the actual fish flesh?

Staple for my fish are live artemia nauplii. But I only got one hatchery right now, so the days I start a new culture (2x a week) I feed frozen. Except these days coincide with fast days, then it doesn't matter.
I try to have frozen Artemia, Cyclops and Daphnia at hand. I usually defrost them right before feeding and add vitamins.
