Feedback on Ocean Nutrition and NLS Fish Foods?

...1) Ocean Nutrition Cichlid OmnI flakes

2) NLS Grow formula

I'm looking for something different to give my new neolamprologus multifasciatus. They are small (1/2" max as of now) so have the .5mm NLS Thera+ to ground up for them, along with some NLS veggie pellet. I need to find a frozen food tiny enough too. Anybody ever see frozen cyclops anywhere? Once they get more comfortable I may chop up my live blackworms for them, but looking for a couple staple things for their diet.

I've seen frozen cyclops online? But shipping frozen food online is so expensive.

I don't have anything to add except I am SO jealous of your new Neolamprologus multifasciatus - I am getting mine hopefully in January or FEB

Is frozen Daphnia okay for them??? They are pretty tiny

Ahh, frozen daphnia is a good choice. Should work. Only catch is finding it. They appear to only sell frozen brine/mysis shrimp and blood worms around here.

I buy the HikarI ones - they sell them at my Petsmart and Petco. Have you checked there?
