Aren't they awesome???!
I like how they look, plus they talk like heck.
Though actually I would rather have an Amazon. A double-yellow-headed. African Greys tend to clam up around an audience, but Amazons love to perform, doing tricks and saying clever things, around other people.

I LOVE ALL ANIMALS !!! And considering that I can't keep animals like lions, horses, elephants, or giraffes (lol) at home ... cats, dogs, and fish will do in this case I love cats and dogs so much! I've also had a guinea pig and hamsters in the past.

Other than fish, my favorite animal has to be either a dog or a cat. I don't have either of these as my sister is allergic to cats and my parents don't want a dog. But maybe in the future...
I had a hamster once when I was about 6/7, but my mum doesn't want another since Toffee (hamster's name) chewed the curtains she made herself!! ;D

Fish are still my favorite though!!

hI peter ,

The dog (Canis lupus familiaris) is a domestic subspecies of the wolf, a mammal of the Canidae family of the order Carnivora. The term encompasses both feral and pet variants. It is also sometimes used to describe wild canids of other subspecies or species.

ok........that was martian. ;D.....in english dog is a 4 legged mammal which is often called a man's best friend and a cat's worst enemy. I like dogs....looking for a great dane for a long time couldn't find a good one >.

Neville, I don't mean to disagree, but I have a video of my 120 lb Germain Shepard playing tag with a 3 pound calico kitten who thought the dog was her mom. It was the funniest thing, and they were the best of friends...lol

I'd have to go with snakes. I had 3 Columbian Red-Tail Boas in a 150 gallon tank a few years back (Oh how I wish I never sold that tank > ). Snakes are easy to care for, but oh the horror stories I could tell about feeding 3 Boas in one tank.. two snakes simultaneously eating one rat, the smallest snake (3') eating five large rats before the other larger snakes got a chance to get any, the largest snake (6.5 ') trying to kill a rat that smallest snake had already started eating (wrapped up the half eaten rat AND the small snake's head)... Insanity, I tell you...

wow, 3 boas, that's cool man!!!!!!!!! I know a few things about snakes, like anacondas r the biggest snakes, king cobras r the most poiisonous snakes and black mumbas r the fastest snakes. the most common snake in our country(Bangladesh) is Python, they can grow pretty big too, they live in the Sundarbans with the majestic Royal Bengal Tiger.
