So i set up my 29 gal as a yellow lab cichlid tank. I have 1 2 yr old adult female and 2 1.5" babys. May add 2 more labs when i figure out if male or female.I run an AC 30 and AC 20 with 2 sponge filters using argonite sand. Should those be enough flow or should i add a small power head?

Very cool 29g !

If your ammonia and nitrites are sitting at zero, then your filtration should be good.

my only suggestion is to consider painting the back of your glass with acrylic arts and crafts paint, either black or blue.

I've done that with all of our tanks, makes a huge difference with the way they look. A $5 bottle from craft store or WalMart is all you need. It cleans up super easy as well.

I really like your terra cotta pots. I use those in our 65g community and 75g SA/CA cichlid tanks.

On a couple, I carefully tapped the bottom edge while the pot was upside down with a hammer to knock out the bottom.
That way the fish half a couple of swim through caves.
