Emergency Move Have To Find Homes For My 29 And 12 Gallon Freshwater Planted Aquariums

So I had to move quickly and was forced to leave my aquariums behind. They’re at a friends house but they aren’t able to care for the fish. I have a betta fish, 5 neon tetras, a Nerite snail, 2 assassin snails and pond snails with live plants in the 12 gallon. There are 4 albino Cory cats, 4 emerald Cory cats, 9 rasboras, 5 horned Nerite snails and pond snails with live plants and a led grow light strip by beams work with a timer and a canister filter. Yes. I’ll be gone for a year. It’s quite awhile. I may be back sooner. But I’m planning on a year.
