Dwarf Gourami got wedged into some driftwood. I noticed other gourami and my bichir around the area, I was able to pull him out, but his face is ripped up. Eye is missing. He is swimming strong and actually acting normal!
what should I do? I’ve added some stress stuff to the water.
Ive had this fish for so long, he is still very healthy. But the missing eye and ripped up face is bothering me.

Do partial water changes daily to help keep infection out. Maybe add a bit of aquarium salt if possible. The missing eye shouldn't be a problem ir the scrapes if you can keep them from getting infected
