If there is a female livebearer in with a male livebearer, the female is pregnant.
Not necessarily, females can still get bloated, constipated, and sick. Usually the females will be pregnant if you have healthy conditions. One time I kept a tank of female and male Molly’s, one of the females got a little bloated, but she is all better now, and doing great!

Are the scales of the fish sticking out at all? Do they kind of look like a pinecone? I do not know much about pregnancy in fish, but if the scales are sticking out I think it is a sig of dropsy.

It could be pregnant, it could be constipated, parasites, or dropsy. Is it pooping normally- brown? If it is not pooping it could be constipated. If poop is clear or stingy it could have parasites. If you look at it from above and see the scales sticking out like the scales on a pinecone it is dropsy. If everything is going well then you may have babies coming soon.

She poops healthy brown poop. From any angle I'm able to look at her the scales don't appear to be sticking up. She swims around fine always eats during feeding time. Should I perhaps put her in her own tank for now see what happens ?

If she is fine and happy I would let her be. Netting and moving fish can stress them out. Just keep an eye for babies. It is not uncommon to see fry swimming around as a surprise one day.

Ok, I'll keep my eye open for any changes or for some extra little surprised.

There's absolutely nothing around the anal region.

Definitely seems pregnant if the scales are not sticking out, the poops are normal, and she eats. Also watch for disinterest in food and lethargy.
