Eheim Canister Filter Parts?

I got a free eheim canister filter with a tank.It is just the filter. No tube, intake, outtake, etc. Any ideas on where to get replacement parts? It is about 350 gph so it seems very useful, and I don't want to waste it.

Amazon would be the fastest way most likely

you may be able to look on ehiems website. I know I've definitely seen some ehiem parts on Amazon too. If you have the shut off valves, you could just buy some tubing from a hardware store. It's the same as the green stuff. And you could make a spray bar out of pvc or find a generic spray bar online. They're cheap.

I found a spare part set without tubing, but it was 90 dollars! I can get a new canister filter for that price!

I would buy the check valves online and tubing from Lowes or home depot. Make a spray bar from pvc.

Exactly - there is no need to buy Eheim's overpriced stuff ... all this can be made quite cheaply. Worst case, buy just about ANY intake / discharge off Amazon - doesn't have to be Eheim. Make sure you have the isolation valves though - makes cleaning a lot easier.
