Eggs?

noaksey4121

What do these eggs belong to?
I have quite a lot of snails in my tank, trying to deal with reducing the numbers. But I was under the impression the snails I had were livebearers.
Any help appreciated;

Yep, they look like snail eggs. What snails do you have in the tank?

If you have a lot of snails in the tank, I suspect you have several species as snails often sneak into the tank.

Malaysian Trumpet snails are livebearing snails, but most snails lay eggs either above or below the water line.

In both Illinois and Wisconsin, which border Lake Michigan, Trumpet snails have been declared an invasive species. It is illegal to purchase or own these snails in those two states. I live in Illinois, so no trumpet snails for me.
