Eggs?

I was feeding my fish in my pond when I found these weird egg looking things stuck to the side. Just wondering if anyone could help me ID them.

I live in middle Tennessee, just incase that
helps.

I was hoping it was frog eggs or something. Oh well, guess the fish will have some live food
