I have several females but no male. Is this girl egg heavy? Can she lay eggs with no male present? Its not the best pic but you can see her shape. She does have a little white dot underneath, i think I read that is the egg spot?

I would say not. The picture though looks very blurry.....

It is impossible for her to have babies without a male. The male would have to make a bubble nest and the female would lay eggs, male would then fertilize. I suggest you inform yourself on the breeding cycle of breeding bettas.

I did read up on that before posting this question. I know she wont have fertilized eggs and during breeding the male helps "squeeze" the eggs out so to speak. Many fish can become egg heavy and lay eggs that just dont ever get fertilized. So my question is, is the betta one of those fish or do i need to worry.

I wouldn't worry.

It’s possible but very unlikely.

I don't know whether or not she can release the eggs without the help of a male if she is egg bound. I could be wrong but I think some fish can reabsorb the eggs. I don't know if that happens with Bettas. Hopefully it is possible.
