Xbox62 bad on my part lol, but it turned out great as you can see, I was away until today and my gf had to go out Saturday morning so her brother had to come and wait for the delivery, he got them and as he’s not a sw guy I told him just to unbag and drop them straight on my rack, I couldn’t expect him to drip them etc. Also fantastic service from hidden gem aquatics and il say good price, very helpful guy Dan is.

Glad they survived ,the last coral order I had was a disaster, it arrived when I was at school and my mum was going to put it in the tank and acclimate it ect...
Well I got a text at lunch saying a bag with a wet box had arrived, the coral was out of water, it had been for ages apparently as the bag was wet the night before to royal mail put it in a waterproof bag. I don't think the coral has fully recovered from that as it is always closed, the guy sent a turbo snail the next day for the bad experience .

I think I may have ordered some turbo snails from them in the past, I'll check.

, so now I know what to do with the £5000000 that that shady guy gave me the other day. I wish there were things like that over here, when I went a few years back to see family there were loads of fish stores, shame I wasn't interested then, just found out that my great uncle set up a junior aquarium society in San Francisco .

Can't wait to go to ultrazoanthids, hopefully in a few weeks

I'd love a frogfish, I'm not sure about dragons breath, it looks like jelly and this one looks more like seaweed I think.

Actually, on second thought it may be dragons breath , I'll see in my LFS If they have any, it will be my sps alternative , I may get something else, if it is similar

Just found Rhodopeltis
For £15, what do you guys think? I love it

I'm not a huge fan of the macros in the display, I googled that stuff and it does look cool.

Ok,
I'm looking around, as it's nearly my bday I'm concidering getting one of those nano goby shrimp pairs, I think I need a bigger tank, I need fish .

I think macro alge is a good alternative to sps, I'll keep researching.

Also, grantm91 the website I found that on will buy excess algae off you, you could sell them some of your cheato if you have excess .

I sort of agree with Grant. I don't love macros in a reef display.... but I'd love another tank with sea grass, macros, maybe some sponges. Kind of like what I see in shallower areas of the Atlantic here around Florida.

You do need a bigger tank ! You will live it, I don’t get that much excess, I get about 5-6 times the amount I sent you every 2-3 weeks, I have to harvest regular as it gets full fast being its a reactor, best thing I ever did knocking up that reactor.

I'm thinking of taking my 20G freshwater tank down, now the eel has died, I only have a kribensis and some danios.. summer project .

I'd love a huge tank like the red sea 250, there's a nice 45G in my lfs for £450 with sump, skimmer and pumps included, I may save up.

That fluval roma 90 would be a good sw, I pondered one of those my self but then I found the clear seal. Sounds like a plan, you need to get quite a bit of kit though.

One day Il have a D.I.Y sump, partitioned so there is a display at the front, it will contains stuff like this but not like a typical dirty macro fuge, Il still run a cheato fuge some how, this will be purely display with its own in-habitants lol. Ive thought about it lots. Kind of like an AIO thing, I should draw a diagram as its a cool thing I had planned.

Oh yeah that tank looks so nice! He called his goby el chapo lol and his sea horses Poseidon and something else forgot. It's the same size as my tank except peninsula style (think so it's a IM tank so should be similar). It's a real shame he doesn't upload more often.

I agree, he's one of the reasons I got Into reefkeeping, I've actually emailed him and he replied!!, It was about a portable RO unit on his store and how much shipping to the uk would be.

grantm91 , my app glitched out, someone randomly had your picture for a few muinets

I mean, I suppose you could get fish now, just use a small light? And get coral when it arrives.

The main thing is I need to get everything together when Easter holiday comes. I still only have the light lol. It'll be a Fowlr for a few months till everything stabilises.

I red an article recently about the benefits of mud in reefs. It used to be really big back in the 80s 90s but not anymore. Anyway he also talked about macros. My dream tank is a loooonngg inwall, with the left third being SPS with super high flow, waves and stuff, then the SPS create a breakwater for the next 1/3 which is LPS and softies, and then it goes into a muddy lagoon with mangroves and macroaglaes and stuff.

Stop making me jealous .

My dream one is a room, you go through my cupboard into a small beach on a shelf, you can dive down into a massive tank, it's the size of a room with 2 glass walls, that would be epic.

On a quite scary note, I was feeding my reef and fed my emerald crab, he reached up to grab the reef-roids and brine shrimp and just sort of froze, he has been in the same position for about 10 muinets, any ideas? Did he break his back.
