since were on the topic whitch fish is the easiset to breed that lays eggs?
Bristlenose plecs are quite prolific breeders, some species of cory such as bronze & albino are easy to breed & raise. Celestial pearl danios once they get going breed almost constantly but don't have huge numbers of fry If you want cichlids then convicts breed well, sometimes too well. Remember when breeding you'll need grow out tanks & it can be several months until the fry are big enough to sell, you also need to know you have a market for all the fry, especially the more common species.
My pygmy cories lay eggs around every two weeks also i used to breed danios and they're easy to breed, and lay a lot of eggs often if you have a high number of females
i am considering getting plecos cause they look pretty cool
how large is the tank? Plecs need a lot of space
I would suggest any number of cichlid species, many breed readily and they usually make great parents. I myself have bred kribensis before with a lot of success. I would also suggest convicts, firemouths, or Jack Dempseys.
