I got 4 dwarf rainbow fish last week and they were all doing fine except soule days ago I noticed one of them has bulging eyes. My oh is 7.6 ammonia and nitrites at 0 and nitrate at 20 ppm. I have no clue what it is I've read about pop eye but the rainbow is still eating fine and swimming around the only difference is hard breathing and staying in one spot occasionally is this a disease or something that I need to look at and pay attention to immidiatley ??

You need to get rid of those ammonia levels IMMEDIATELY. Do a 50% water change and dose it with prime afterwards.

His ammonia is 0 along with his nitrites. His PH was 7.6, you do not need to do a water change. How long have you had these fish? Any other fish? Did you quarantine? Tank size?

Always quarantine, seems dumb until you lose fish... And how many of each of those fish? How did you acclimate your rainbow fish? Where did you get your rainbow fish?

Eyrthromycin is the best medication for eye infections, but it will cost you more for the medicine than it did for the fish. You can use Tri-sulfa and it might be effective, unless you have low PH.
