Is this normal for pea puffers? any tips on how to get these guys to eat he said i should not try snails yet since they are very young, but i might have to because i hear they will destroy them.

Your nitrite level may be causing them enough distress to prevent them from wanting to feed. I take it this test is after the water change so the nitrite level was higher prior.

Everything I have seen said that they are usually pretty picky and tend to only eat live food
blood worms are like candy, all if not all most fish will go crazy for it frozen or alive. i doubt it has anything to do with them being picky.
