So the tank is a 20 gallon long planted with 6 neon tetras, 2 Bolivian rams, and 2 male Killifish will be added tomorrow. With this stock can I get 3-5 Dwarf neon rainbow fish? Will they play nice with everyone in the tank? Would it be to much? What do you recommend?

No. You are already stocked.
And you can't keep a few rainbows. You need 6 or more

Agree with thefishdude277, you need at least six or they tend to harass one another constantly, plus they are extremely active fish so personally I think they do better in a nice long tank with plenty of room to swim. Even if you had room in a 20 long, you probably wouldn't see them at their best, and most entertaining unfortunately.

It's not a good idea to add that many new fish to your tank at the same time. When I forst started my tank I took out 3 fish and added 4 immediately and a week later my tank got ich and all my fish died except for my Molly, I'm not saying that's gonna happen to you, but I'm just warning you about what could happen.

Keegan- The tank has been running for almost a year now and I qt my fish for a while first so that won't be a problem

But your tank is stocked, so you can't add anything else anyways

Yeah, I agree that it's stocked. If you gave away one of the centerpiece fish there'd be room for some cories.
