Can I keep three dwarf gouramis in a 37 gallon or will their aggression be to much? What else can I stock it with?

Male dwarf gouramis will fight badly and females are hard to find.

What sort of fish do you like? We can give you some stocking options.

I wouldn't do three. If this was a 55 or larger I would recommend you do to a group of 6-8 (this can work), but in this size tank I'd stick with one.

Can you find honey, banded, or thick-lipped gouramis?

You could do 3-8 of the honey gouramis in this size tank, IMO. However many you want, and then we can build from there. You could probably do 2 thick-lipped in here instead of honeys too.

Ok, could I do one of each? And then build from that

Yeah that would work. You could add a small schooling fish too like a school of neons.
