Dwarf gourami 'pimple'

My neon blue dwarf gourami has had a swollen lump on his jaw for a few weeks now. It now looks like it's coming to a head, like a pimple. I don't think it's a parasite or fungus. Any thoughts? ???

65 gallon, moderately planted, nitrogen cycle is 0/0/5-10 ppm. pH 7.6-7.8, temp 76-78, dKH 7, phosphate 0.25,

Tank mates: small julI Cory school, EBR, cockatoo dwarf cichlid, neon and Glowlight tetra school, a bristlenose pleco and some ghost shrimp,

Correct. The normal way of acting could be another sign of a tumour I'd say.
