Dwarf Gourami Ich?

Hello, I have had a dwarf gourami for about a couple weeks now. When I got him I noticed a single white spot. I didn’t think it was ich because it was a single spot. Now, 2 weeks later it looks as if the spot is accompanied by 2 or 3 more small ones. Does ich spread throughout the body this way and this slow? The photos are taken 2 weeks apart. All my other fish seem to be fine! Thanks for any input!

Hard to tell, does the gourami seem to be rubbing against other objects or flashing its fins? White spot is a parasite. How warm is your tank?

 

I doubt it is Ich but sorry to say this DG doesn't look very healthy to me.
The bump on the head and the color of the fish are worrying me.

Thank you all for the reply. Sorry for the late update. Was not itch but he unfortunately passed away later that week. Just suddenly became inactive and looked to have a swim bladder issue and ended up passing away within hours of not being able to swim properly. Just kinda propped himself in some plants so he wouldn’t lay down. Unfortunately this is the second DG to do this for me. I will not buy them anymore and am sad to see them being sold. Perhaps it’s something to do with DG disease?
I replaced the driftwood as i might’ve mistakenly got one for reptiles and they loved to nip on that. (Although I do have a clown pleco that has had no problem after munching on it).
Now I am hoping to have better luck with a pair of honey Gouramis.

Its shape / state indeed pointed to DGD.
