Nope. The Flame Angel is an aggressive little butthead (I had to remove one from my 36 gallon bowfront) and the Lemon Peel is too big and very prone to munching corals. Honestly all dwarf angels would be really cramped in a 29 gallon biocube, they need more rockwork and horizontal swimming space to be comfortable and are constantly grazing algae. The good news is that depending on your stock, you might be able to get away with a pygmy angel (ie cherubfish):
If you have any ideas about small gobies or firefish you can forget about them with a pygmy angel though. They are very assertive.
