dwarf cichlids in a community ??

    i am going to get som in store cred at a lfs and was thinking of maybe getting a dwarf or 2,..
    rams or kribs or Apistogrammas

    i have long finned guppy and endlers will dwarfs work? :;juggle

    Kribs will be the most aggressive of those listed. I think Apisto's would be a good choice.

    okay what is the likeliness that they wont rip at fins? should i look into 1 or 2-3 ive herd that having multiples can help against hostility towards tankmates

    How big is the tank you're considering putting them in?

    I've never kept apistos, but rams seem quite peaceful.

    Apisto's can be quite shy.

    they dident have any dwarfs so i ended up getting a load of plants

    3-4 types of valls, a mother sword plant, fox tails, onion plant, a plant i am unsure of its like a bright green more delicate fanwort, also a can of fish flakes, air stones and a snail

    i figured .75 a snail in store credit was good and brought in 43 snails (not even half of what i have)

    Woah- 75 cents for what kind of snail? Were they MTS or bitty little pond snails?
