I would put Apistos!

All the apistos I’ve had were shy and took a long time to color up.

I would go with German Blue Rams if I were you. They come in a variety of beautiful colors, have lots of personality, and look super stunning. I’m not 100% sure if they are temperature compatible with the rest of your other fish though, so someone correct me if I’m wrong.

German blue rams would need warmer water but bolivians could work.

I've seen a few aquariums with bolivian rams in lately. I'd say they're your best bet.

I keep apistos (3 apisto cacatuoides "orange flash") and rams and I have to say I like the apistos more theyre more hardy than rams (seem to be quite prone to illness) and a bit more forgiving. Bolivian rams are also known for being hardier than the German blue rams.

I would go with apisto, but bolivian ram could work too. German blue needs warmer temperature and your otos and corys wouldn't like that.
