Dwarf Baby Tears Yellowing?

I have a dry start method with dwarf baby tears in it, it's 2 weeks today but are yellowing.

Can anyone give me advice? I don't know why it's yellowing. Photo period is 16 hours and I mist them once a day, sealed with seran wrap. I'm using ADA fine substrate.

 

Sounds like a nutrient deficiency. I’m not familiar with that substrate; is it advertised as having nutrients or inert?

Yes it does, it's the Amazonia substrate. It's only been 2 weeks so I didn't think it would've used up all the nutrients. Should I add some Iron supplement to the water?

I have it on for about 16 hours daily, do you think it's getting too much light?

I started adding iron in my spray bottle, I thought maybe it's lacking.
