Dry ferts which method to follow?

These are the pictures of my 29 gal planted tank, which method I should follow for fertilizer dosing?

• PPS-Classic and Pro (Perpetual Preservation System)
• Estimative Index (EI)

My tap water is around 26-30GH and I am using CO2 at 1-2BPM, I have 2 Siamese algae eaters, 20 zebra dianos and a few guppies with their offspring.
Currently, I am using KCL solution and Seachem Flourish which is near the end of the bottle, and my LFS hasn't it in stock for last 6months. So I will be buying dry fertilizers from local chemical/lab supplies store.
Which chemicals/ferts I should buy and in what quantity?

 

I bought my dry ferts from GLA. I went the EI route but its only the amount used just different method. I dose to a target amount using rotalabutterfly. I originally got assistance from members here on the amounts. I take 1 day usually water change day and measure out a weeks worth of dosing in one of those pill containers. Id probably try to go pps-pro and just use the bottle thats in package. I'll probably end up getting the bottles and just mixing and using it that way vs my weekly thing. The salts dissolve when added to the tank but sometimes takes a few minutes, pending tank size you can get weeks-month out of a bottle and dosing requirements.
EI dosing will have you at some high nitrate levels by end of the week, also if you want color out of red plants they really pop using nitrate limitation vs using EI.
My 3 1lb macros and 1 1lb micro csm+b tub was like $15+$12 shipping from GLA. If you go for 1lb of each you will be covered for the year or more pending tank size and dosing.

 

I can't GLA shipped here in Pakistan. I will be buying 1Ib/500gm bottles from local lab/chemical supplies. I can easily get KH2PO4 and K2SO4 but KNO3 will be difficult to get hold off.
How should I make KNO3 and csm+b ?

 

If amazon ships to you, you can check NilocG, they have dry ferts as well. Csm+b is your micros. Check Amazon to see if you can get those 2 shipped. Sorry I'm in US and not familiar with any other options than possibly amazon.

 

I have bought KNO3 and K2SO4 . will buy KH2PO4 on my next visit. 1KG KNO3 was for Rs 1800 i.e USD 11.23 and 1KG K2SO4 for PKR 1200 USD 7.48.
