Hey guys I need help I have no clue what to do I have a guppy that has dropsy I've had it before in my tank and the last time it happened the majority of my population of fish died. I have a couple questions.
    1) Could my other fish also be affected by this decease?
    2) Should I isolate the fish?
    3) What are some medications?
    4) Which should I use espon salt or aquarium salt?
    5) What should i feed him (not eating assuming when he gets better)
    6) I have plants and should I remove them while treatment?
    Thanks in advance

Ok so quarantine with no filter. Raise temp 2 degrees per hour until temp reaches 87 degrees. Try those brine shrimp!! I am recommending Tetracycline. Here is a link. Buy ASAP

Dropsy is extremely hard to treat and is usually fatal. It is mostly caused by poor water care. Water Changes!!!!!!! Also use a filter and do 25 percent water changes ever other week in your tank (not quarantine) watch the other fish in that tank as dropsy can be a sign of a severe disease and is spreadable. Pls upload pics of your tank and quarantine! Keep us updated!

    Best of luck
