Dropsy Or Constipation? Male Betta Fish! Help Please!

Yesterday I noticed my betta stomach was swollen. I started researching what could be the cause of this. His scales don’t look like they are pine coning, but I need an objective perspective. He’s been mostly hanging at the top of the tank. Sometimes he just to the bottom, just like he normally does (aka in his normal hang out places) Please let me know if this is Dropsy or just swim bladder. I tried taking some pictures! How can I treat it?

 

that's a tough call, nut I would have to go with dropsy because of his pronounced scales and his bloated body

yeah they do look like it, also are those two different fish? they look like one is blue and one is red

 

Nope! The same one! Just different spots in the tank aka different lighting! All my water levels are normal!

How much do you feed him? How long ago did you feed him? What are your parameters? How often do you do water changes and how much do you change each time? How long have you had him?

His swim bladder is pronounced but it's hard to tell if that's from constipation or perhaps tumours in his abdomen.
