5 Gallon Tank Dragonscale Betta with swim bladder?

BettaBuddies0621

So I recently rescued this Betta from Petsmart (yes I know you shouldn’t get them from the petstore but they gave him to me for free since he could barely swim). His name is Tony Stark or Iron Man, he is in a cycled 5 gallon tank with filter and heater. He just stays against the filter and I’m guessing that’s because he can’t swim and stay a float, I was looking up swim bladder and I was wondering if thats

His spin is a little crooked and there’s something poking out, I was just wondering if anyone can help me? I just want to do everything I can to give him the best life I can.
I attached pictures of his tank and him

First off, you can get your betta from wherever you want!

He may be staying near the filter/heater because he likes the moving water/warmth, bettas often just chill when in a new tank. Can't tell anything about anything else in the picture, though, except the fins look good.
