Dosing kanaplex

For those who have used Kanaplex before, can you please walk me through your dosage and water change process for a beginner like me?

Also, I need help with how to correctly determine the dosage on a 2.5!gallon tank. The standard dosage is for 5 gallons.

He is in a 2.5 gallon sphere tank with just an ariator. He's had Popeye for the last month I have been doing an Epsom salt bath until I can get the kanaplex. I don't know how much to put in and how do I mix it into water.

 

The little scoop thing is kind of difficult to get 1/2 sizes, so if you don't want to guess then I would dose a 5gal bucket and use that water. The medication stops working after 48 hours which is why you redose. I just do 100% water changes every other day to redose.

So dose 5 gallons of it and aqua safe it. And do salt bath then do a full water change with kanaplex in it and then re do every day for 3 days?

 

You can use salt with the kanaplex. You would redo it every two days for 3 doses, so 6 days.
