Don't ya just love it

Don't ya just love it when you go to wal-mart for somethink like shampoo and magically you end up looking at bettas! ;D This just seems to happen to me all too often!!

 

I do that all the time, I also look at the other fish as well to see what they have for stock.

yeah, but it seems like wal-mart and all of the other big pet stores have unhealthy fish right now. Only Superpetz and a small store have healthy fish.

 

Our Walmart gets their fish shipment on Thursday, you can't buy them until Friday.

I am wondering if when the new bettas come in ( they usually get about 25) what happens to the ones left over from the week before???There are always several there on Wed nights..............Scares me to think, but I will make a point of asking.

I bought Storm last Wednesday..there were about 6 to pick from.......their water was the most disgusting I have seen.........Storm is still fighting to stay alive.

Well, they keep a log at wal-mart for how many fish they lost and what kind. I was worried that the one female betta that I had been looking at had died, but the lady checked the log and said that they hadn't lost any bettas that week. So you can ask.

 

we're safe.. our walmart doesn't carry live fish.. in fact they barely carry fish supplies at all. >
