I was reading where hydrometers will lose there accurate if not maintain right.
So true.

I tested my water at 1.023 with my hydrometer and then tested it with my reflectormeter and it read 1.026.

So an important lesson I learned today is don't trust my hydrometer.

Now I have some questions. Is my hydrometer "fixable"? How can I maintain it? Can I leave it soak in RO water when not in use to keep it clean and maybe more accurate?

Dip it for a day or two in vinegar water every month or two. Other than that, just make sure you wash it.
