I know white stringy poop usually mean a parasite.
What does stringy mean?
What if it's very light tan or is that white lol?
Should I watch for other signs.
If they look well feed and are acting fine should I not worry?
Sometimes it's dark and sometimes it's light.

White stringy is like a white thread (sometimes more clearish) with an occasional little bead on it. It may or may not mean parasites. It’s the first thing most of us think of though.
Color of poo may be just the color of the food. Like I have one guppy that will only eat the pink flakes. Her poo usually has a pinkish cast.
My thoughts would be to keep watching. Keep doing your water changes etc.
If something does look concerning, post pics and fishlore will do it’s best to help. Also check out the aquarium forum tab. Oh my at the info in there.

I would also look at how the fish eats as well. If it eats and spits the food out and tries to eat but vomits it out, that would be a sign of a parasite.

If it's dark and light, it might be ok, but I would keep an eye on it.
