Hello all. So there's this betta, shes a female, I'm not quite sure what's wrong with her eye. She was returned to the store because she got, into a fight with another fish.
Ive keep her in a pretty sterile environment, 1.5 balloon bowl for now because tbh I didn't think shed make it... Daily water change. I scoop her out in a cup, pour out all the water. And then put her back. I'm not kidding when I say I keep it very clean.
Well anyway. She was beige when I got her, but now shes very pretty with purple and blue, so I'm glad she's brightening up. She has a great appetite. Being fed the omega one betta buffet pellets.
So, in that case, I don't want to medicate her if this is a permanent injury instead of an infection. Like I said, shes brightening up. So if she we're sick, I bet she'd be acting unwell, right? Please give me your opinion if it looks infected or a simple, perhaps permanent, injury that can't heal better.
I'm sorry if the pics are bad, she always tries to look at me with her good eye and is shy about her bad eye I guess lol. Basically it looks glazed over, but not milky white, more like the beige of her face...
