Does Ich appear as a singular white spot?

My husband and children’s tank has been extremely stable. Consistently testing 0 ammonia 0 nitrite and 5-10 nitrates for over a month. No new additions. Weekly water change schedule and I don’t skip.
I was doing my morning check. And noticed one white spot on the purple long fin skirt tetra. I immediately fear ich. But it’s one spot on one fish. In my experience when it’s first seen it’s multiple specks and the beginning of aquatic ****.
I do have meds on hand for ich. But don’t want to dose without more opinions. I loaded a few pics. Hopefully you guys can see what I am seeing?
Also if it is how do I raise the temp when all my heaters are preset submergible kind.

Looks like a damaged scale to me but I’m not sure. Others will help you soon I’m sure bit hard to tell from the pictures

I wouldn't reach for the meds yet. A spot in the fins can also be the result of minor damage, which can happen with active fish like tetras. Keep an eye out for any more spots, or symptoms like clamped fins, heavy breathing, lethargy, or flashing.

That was kind of my hope ( better option than ich) This one fish is the least social. It could be getting nipped at by others.

I got a couple more pics with less movement.

I haven’t noticed any flashing ( not in this tank. I have a fish in another tank flashing but it’s weird and that might require another post. No other fish no symptoms no spots ... I almost think the fish is bored checking out the new substrate layer :/ )

I have not had ich with my fish before touch wood but it’s my understanding that it is multiple white spots not just one large one that look like grains of salt
