Does he seem right too you?

    He does seem to be breathing a little heavily. Did anything startle him before you took that short clip?

    His been acting like this since the water change. I've doubled dosed with prime and the ppms are all low 0.25ppm or less. My tank isn't cycled yet.

    Did you check the pH of both tap and tank?

    The ph is 7.6 in tank and my tap is 6.4?

    That could be why, he's likely struggling to adjust to the fluctuating pH.

    I would leave out a bucket of tap water with an air stone and test it tomorrow and see if the pH has changed.

    What about Adding some live plants I've adjusted the filter turnt it up to add more air in there.

    You can try. I would also turn off the lights to reduce his stress.
