Does a higher temperature slow breeding?

My blues are in my rabbit snail tank. It's at 80 most of the time. Does this slow shrimp breeding?

My blues are slowing, but it could be that I'm doing a harder cull. I could just have too many too young shrimp in there. Most of my last batch of adults were colored blue and red mixed so I moved them to my cull tank because I want purer blue color.

Left me with more young shrimp.

My culls are in a low temp tank and rarely breed, but I separate by sexes to avoid this.

It's the opposite Renaissanista higher temperature increases the breeding but shortens life a little

Yes warmer water speeds up the life but does spark the breeding. Could we get some pics of the red/blue shrimp. Sounds cool!

So they may just be a bit young still.
Here's one.
Some are more solid in color than this one.

Thats another beautiful looking male shrimp
Maybe still young, they can be as old as 5months before they start but with your warmer water I'd look at 3 to 4 months

The penny drops for me.
Sometimes I have to read things many times before something clicks and I see things in a new light.

I am running an air conditioner all day in my fish room this summer month struggling to try and keep the air temperature below 30 centigrade. This may be one of the reasons cheery shrimp are a best species for me as the water temperature is higher than I care to say?

Nice looking shrimp Renaissanista .

2 more blues with reddish overlays.
The first one looks like he doesn't have a tailfin. It's totally clear. Maybe I should breed him.
