Do you think my fish are fed right?

I have clown plecos, ontocinclus, kribs, gouramies, rams, platies, blue acara juvies, and tiger barbs and royal tetra in the other tank.

I feed them tropical flakes, green staples and cichlid sticks.
Any thing I should supplement with for extra vitality?

EDIT: My LFS does not have anything other than dried foods.

Well If you can get your hands on some frozen blood-worms I would highly recommend it. Although what you feed them looks pretty good. Frozen live foods are great for fish.

They do have dried blood worms.
Hmm...maybe I need to go to the city and buy some live or frozen.
Any way you can bring frozen foods in a 1 and a half hour train ride?

Yeah as long as you wrap it in newspaper

Good morning,

Anytime I go to my LFS to purchase frozen foods, I take a very small cooler that has one of those blue ice packs and regular ice too. I like the small cloth type coolers and not the plastic ones.

you could culture microworms also, they are a good fry and small fish food.

if you want to start a project, you could hatch some brine shrimp for them... but yeah dried bloodworms are also good!

Even easier, leave out a bucket of water for a while and harvest mosquito fry. I don't know what your mosquito population is like in Norway but it works for me in Australia. More fun for the fish than frozen food too.
